Now he/she is visiting the front porch!!!

The dumpster-diving bear apparantly is getting more acclimated with the office on the mountain. Now we have to look outside before leaving the office for safety reasons. Here is the evidence, first pic is the front porch to the office:

Next one is on his departure:

My strategy is even simpler. Everyone has been instructed to travel in pairs for safety reasons. As long as I pair up with an athletically-challenged (slow) person, I am in good shape. That way if the bear is there, I don't have to worry about outrunning the bear, just the slower person with me!!!!! (Before I get lambasted as being excessively cruel, I must clarify that this plan results from a perk of being in management.......Kidding folks)

Bingo, you can’t keep feeding the bears and expect them to leave!

Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
A lot of people are out of work right now. Hire some interns and use them as bear bait. You'd probably have to pay them pretty well though.

Well, the boss part could be worse. He could have four legs and "bray."
