Noisy Furnace
We have a 2005 3295 RK. The furnace located in the cupboard near the stairs to the bedroom roars like a b-29! You can't hear it from the outside or from the kitchen area. In the bedroom it is the loudest. Any ideas?

I beleive that most of the tt furnaces are loud, mine also.If you camp in cold area just walk in the park when it is quiet after sundown. The whole park sounds like B-29,s ready for take off.The furnace is another part of the trailer industry that has not changed over the years. If you can get to the unit check for loose screws. One place that can get a real vibration is the areas where the duct connector fastens into the furnace sheet metal box.It is notched to turn into the box. It may have come loose and it is vibrating on the box.Get a roll of real furnace tape from lowes, or home depot.Get the sections back together and use the tape to make it secure. This will stop leaks also. You could he heating up pots and pans or canned goods. Hope this works

I know that when the bearings in the fan motor wear out, the fan will rub the shroud and make a real annoying screaching sound. Your rig seams too new for this problem though. When the fan turns off, does the noise slowly dissapear as the fan slows down?

Know how you feel have an 04 3670 and the furnace is roaring right now. Have checked the the duct connectors and found them loose have tighten them but it still roars and vibrates. It does do a good job of keeping things in the cupboard warm.

My furnace made a lot of noise. It finally quit. The blower fan was rubbing some wireing and finally caught on it and burned up the board, etc.
When repaired (uner warrenty), it is now very quiet. We don"t know it is on until the heat reaches us. I would get it checked out.
