Carson City Nevada R.V. Parks

I am reaching out to anyone that has knowledge of R.V. parks in the Carson City area.
I am a travel nurse and I am searching for the best park to stay for 13 weeks, possibly more.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Carson City Nevada R.V. Parks

I am searching for the best place in, or around Carson City Nevada. I am a travel nurse and I am looking for an R.V. park that is friendly to long term renters and/or travel nurses.
Places that are remote with higher levels of solitude would be my preference as long as they have 50 amp service and full hookups.

Try Silver City RV park. There's also Gold Dust West, Comstock Country and Camp N Town. I've never camped and any of them.

Thank you very much! My wife is looking at those already. I am trying to get inside information about some places to avoid a scouting trip that will be a 34 hour round trip.
I greatly appreciate your time and response. Have a blessed day!

When we come to NV we also stay in Las Vegas at Desert Eagle RV Resort but that is on Nellis AFB.

Thanks for your response! They are reluctant to obligate to a longer term stay but that is definitely one of the options that we are considering.
Have you stayed there?

I am considering that option as I am a disabled veteran. There's 2 drawbacks there for me. Their firearm policy and the 2 hour daily commute. Positives are that they will entertain a long term rental.
Thanks alot for your response and be blessed!

I've stayed at Comstock, corner of 50 & 395 in south Carson City and it's my first choice. Several NV assemblymen stay there when Legislature is in session. Costco is right behind the park.

I've also stayed at Gold Dust West which is smaller RV park. They require a security deposit, even for overnight stays. It's closer to the Medical Center where you'll probably be working.

I live in the Carson City area and for your purposes I’d look at Comstock. Close to Costco, Casino (food), fuel. About 20 minutes to hospital and 30 minutes to Tahoe.

The park by costco is in the process of being sold. If you are going to work in Carson City, check out the Dayton RV Park. We stayed there for 2.5 weeks while waiting for our house to be finished. Our neighbor stayed there several months while waiting for his house. It's a 15 min drive into Carson City. Great manager on site and they do accept monthly residence.
