Light in the closet

If you find that your frount closet is very dark..put a light in. I found 12 v power by removing the TV anteni power plate. Tapped in there by drilling straight back into the closet. Hid the wire along the frount molding and placed the light midway under the shelf.
Its great for using the back shelving and baskets

Good idea, thanks, now if I can just find an easy way to put one at the bottom step of the main entry way. for those late night returns

Flastro, A lot of people have put a tap light just inside the door to light the steps when coming in late at night.

Flastro, yes the battery operated one - I did in ours and it works great - I attached it with the velcro dots as I didn't want to put holes in the wall and husband was busy. I also used them to attach those craft foam sheets to skylight (10X18) and vent to darken the bedroom.

We had the battery type before, but it was too dim. we found that a 12 volt does a much better job.

Im going to have to take a look at the power panel and see how easy it would be to pull it and add wiring, might as well run that 110 volt outlet and tv cable to the basement at the same time for my future tv install there.
