12 v TV in BR will not pick up cable, I have tried all I an do including running direct coax from outside jacks to back of TV. FIrst attempt was so simple . Turn off app - run auto scan. Tried every source. Tried all the 4 outlets in the bay. There is one green coax coming into the back of tv, which is an antenna coax. No splitters. The nice little arrangement in the closet has zero effect regardless of which is used. Dealer: Not our problem. Keystone: Thanks for contacting Keystone Rv/ The end.
Friend with cable co is going to run a line direct to tv. We have a route figured-out. 12v can go whereever trash goes and get replaced by a 32 inch LCD. All RV companies are the same: “WE KNOW NOTHING”.

From your description, I assume the TV is broken. If a direct cable feed to it from the campground source isn't recognized, then no amount of cable diagnosis is going to make it better.

The support group for this problem is the dealer, not Keystone. If the dealer won't help, then you have even more (and larger) problems.
