Dawson City is a great old town. We were there a week or so ago and I really enjoyed it. Sourdough Joes is a great place to have fish and chips, they were the best we have had so far. One couple we met went twice to have them while they were there so we just had to try them for ourselves. I also really liked the tour of Dredge #4. Also if you have time drive up Dome Road to the top, you will be able to see the town of Dawson, the gold dredging spoils, the Yukon River and the vistas from there. If you are into geocaching, there is a cache up there to find. The road to Chicken will take some time to travel, but the views are worth it. Have fun.

Thanks Doug, we are having a great time here in Dawson.* The Dredge was closed so we just took a couple of pictures then when to pan for gold, just alot of gold dust in the bottom of my pan. After dinner we're heading out to the dome road. We plan leaving early in the morning to line up for the ferry. Safe travels Stacy
