RGV Park Recommendations

We are planning to be in the RGV from early Feb. to mid March. We would prefer to stay in one park the entire time. Would appreciate any recommendations you might have. If anyone is familar with Seven Oaks Resort in Mission we would also appreciate your comments on this park. Thanks, Jim & Linda

If your 55+ I would recomend the Green Gate in Mission, or Bentzen Palm Grove their on the same street. We have stayed in them both. Have fun. GBY......

Bentsen Palm RV Resort may have an empty spot then. You would have to call them. They are down the street from Green Gate. Can't help on Seven Oaks although we've been by there many times, It's on the next major street over. Bentsen Palm RV Resort and, I think, Seven Oaks, are commercial parks, Green Gate lots are owned by individuals who rent them out. Both Bentsen Palm RV Resort and Green Gate are very nice parks. There are 3 parks on Bentsen Palm Drive with similar names, Bentsen Palm Park is a couple of miles north of the freeway, Bentsen Palm Grove is about a mile south of the freeway and business 83 and Bentsen Palm RV Resort is about 2-3 miles further south by the Birding Center and the state park. Green Gate is right next door, to the south, of Bentsen Palm grove.

I can't personally comment, but friends of ours in Oleander Acres last year are going to be in Seven Oaks this year.
