washer/dry installation

We are having a Splindide 2000 installed in our 3295RK Big Sky. The install is being done by Camping World. I checked with them today on how they secure the unit and they said it just sits in the space and does not move around. We have some frineds who have this unit installed in their motorhome and they had to block it in, as it did move while turning and while running in a wash cycle. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
