Leaving Tomorrow as a Long Timer!

Tomorrow we leave for our first trip as Longtimers! We are heading to Danbury, WI for the 4th of July then catching US Highway 2 in Superior, WI all the way across the top of the country to Glacier National Park for two weeks at West Glacier KOA. Then down US 93 all the way to Laughlin, NV. Staying at the AVI Koa Resort, then over to Williams AZ staying at the Grand Canyon Railway RV Park.

I hope we see some fellow MOC members on the way. Happy Camping to all!

Happy travels. We have been long timing for 3 years. It is a great life and a great adventure. We will be heading to Wisconsin after the Great Lakes rally. We have never been to that State. This is a beautiful country, so much to see. Then there is Canada. It just gets better and better.

You will see plenty of scenery. While going across, don't forget to hit Teddy Roosevelt National Park. We did the Glacier trip last summer. Fantastic scenery. If you can, do one of the motorcoach rides through the park. That is lots of fun also. Have a great trip.

At Glacier by all means take one of the shuttles to he top. It's free and you can get off at many different sites and jump on the next shuttle. It's much more relaxing and you get to see things you'd miss while trying to keep your eyes on the road.

Have a great trip and keep us abreast of your travels.

We envy you. Longtiming is our goal also but we're a year or so from it. Enjoy your travels.
