EZ Flex report.....
Ok,, I was kinda worried about installing the EZ Flex suspension w/wet bolts on my rig. Thought it just might be a waste of time and money. But, no, it gets a bunch of gold stars from me. I have the 3000RK which is a rear kitchen. It has the corner cabinet with the big lazy susan. I was ready to take the lazy susan out and pitch it. Every trip we went on, anything on the lazy susan got bounced off and ended up on the bottom of the cabinet in a pile. But now that we have towed it on a couple of trips which were a couple of hours each, NOTHING got bounced off the lazy susan. I mean nothing and it has been full of boxes and packs of all kinds of stuff. I am totally amazed at the difference. I give it 2 thumbs up...... Oh and nothing gets bounced around in the other cabinets or the frig.

We did this upgrade several years ago, this is how Montana's should be built to start with. I could not believe the initial wear on the shackles and what they call bushings, we had less than 10,000 miles and were very close to shackle failure.

Sounds like money well spent.

Welcome to the EZ Flex family- I know of one owner who installed EZ Flex on his unit to replace a failed Mor-Ryde suspension- I have installed the EZ Flex on 2 fivers to date and am well satisfied with the outcome- JMHO- Don
