New To Montana
My wife, Elizabeth and I have been gaining information from this site for some time now. After we decided we wanted a Montana, we started reading all of the really neat post from the MOC. Asked a few questions and gained valuable information. Thanks for all of your help. We bought a new 3475 in March and a GMC 2500 as a tow vehicle. We have had three class A's over the last 10 years; a Southwind, Winnebago and Discovery. Made two trips to Alaska from Virginia and hit most of the lower 48. Before that, we cruised south for five winters in the Bahamas, Florida and Carribean on our 42' Trawler "Take Five". We each taught school for awhile before buying a marina and retiring in 1990 at a early age. Our first big trip will be in June. We have rented a two acre pad on a lake in Maine for the month of July. Again, thanks for all of your help. This is the first place I look when I have something I can't solve.

Welcome to the MOC, maybe we will see you at a rally later this year. We went to the first one and got even more information, not to mention meeting all these really nice folks in person!

Joe & Elizabeth,
First of all welcome to the MOC. Glad you have found this forum helpful as we all do. We are constantly learning form each other. Sounds like you two have had an exciting life with some great adventures. Now you are turning a new page with your purchase of a Montana. We too went from a MH to our Montana. Spent last winter in FL and truly enjoyed our unit. Will be looking forward to hearing more from you and hope to meet you somewhere down the road.
