Pressure Pro System Question
I've recently purchased the pressure pro system and would like to know if anyone else has this. My interest is did you replace your valve stems or do you use the sensors on your factory valve stems?

I went to metal valve stems, just for safety reasons, but they can be placed on any stem, just make sure you do not get a slow leak. I had to wrap one of mine with teflon tape to keep it from leaking down.....

I replaced the 5er's to metal stems after some here reported the OME ones had an issue with leaking. But on the TV I am using the OME. Love the pressure pro system and never leave home without it.

I have had on original rubberized stems for over a year with no problem or leaks. Will change to metal stems when I change tires. Would not leave home without the PP system. Peace of mind and safety.

WE kept the original stems and wrapped them with teflon tape. They have not leaked since.

We replaced the original rubber stems with the steel ones for even greater peace of mind. Love the pressure pro as well, money well spent!!!

I love the PP system as well. I took to 5er to a tire shop to get the stems replaced with steel ones. Got talking to the installer, he wondered why I was doing this. He said that the factory ones were high pressure stems with a steel interior and rubber on the outside. The only benefit I was going to get with the change was to have a shiny exterior valve stem. I didn't change them, but will change them next year when I replace the tires.

We have the Pressure Pro System with metal valve stems. We had the metal valve stems before we purchased the PP System. Though some will tell you that the rubber high pressure valve stems are as good, don't believe them.

Shortly after we started using the PP, we had a rubber valve stem snap off and the tire go flat. Luckily it was on one of the dual rear wheels. We figured it was caused by the added force of the weight of the sensor valve cap on the rotating tire. We immediately changed to metal stems and have not had another problem. I would recommend the metal stems.

If I remember correctly Mike and Pat Mcfall recomend you go to metal valve stems with the Pressure Pro System, they sell the Pressure Pro System. Good Luck. GBY..

Metal stems were used when we dumped the Mission tires. We like the Pressure Pro system.
