Fantastic Fan Vent Cover

So I purchased two Fantastic Fan vent covers at Camping World probably around two years ago. Of course we CW was out of them and had to back order them and I eventually got them in the mail. Of course they probably sat in the shipping box for a bit before I got around to installing them. I was really happy with them and they matched the AC covers quite well.
Now the rest of the story, so I come home this afternoon and notice plastic debris all over the driveway. After picking lots of plastic I notice one vent cover is missing. I climb up on top of our unit and sure enough just four small pieces where it fastened are left. I check out the remaining vent cover and pull up on the corner and it just snaps off in my hand. Basically the vent covers were totally garbage in less than two years. You could break the pieces with little to no pressure.
I tried calling them to see if they had any explanation but they were already closed as they are on eastern standard time. We will see if they help me out or not when I call tomorrow. These were the smoke style vent covers.

Well I have an update from Customer Service at Fantastic fan. Two new vent covers being send to me at no charge. Customer Service rep. Was extreamly Pleasent to work with and wanted to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with their solution to my problem. It is nice when a company backs up their product with great customer care.
