Bed slide not move at top

When we pushed the switch for the slides to open - the bed slide was moving out (about 12 to 15 inches) at the bottom but not at the top. We pulled it back in twice and started again with no luck. It was not until I went inside and pushed on the frame across the top of the bed that it went out at almost the same time.

Any suggestion what needs done to correct?
THANKS

Do you have the cable slide or the hydraulic slide?

I would check for something caught under the slide seals, or dragging/jamming around the frame..

That would be my thoughts also and the slide topper would be my next choice.
