Slide out pantry HELP SOLVED !

Hi Guys:
Problem solved.
The pantry slides are released by a plastic tab on the outside of each side rail. File that for future reference.

We had the same problem with stuff falling off the shelves. I bought a roll of 1/8 bungee cord material and attached it via small eye screws on each side of the shelf about 2 inches up from the bottom rail. We have not had any problems since adding this.
