Link? I failed to find any thing about this on their web site. Thanks.

DW showed me a booklet with the ad in it. Runs out today according to the coupon (Dometic products).

Just a note to those of you having problems. I keep the fan setting on mine at "High auto". I still have the dreaded remote control that so many have had problems with. If I set my remote for Low fan speed my unit ices up (at least I think that's what happens) and quits cooling.

This may or may not be your problem, but it's worth a check.

High and possibly medium will work, like you said, don't use low speed.

High speed only here. First mod I did was to get rid of that crappy thermostat the Mountaineer comes with. With the Hunter digital thermostat, you lose low speed. I was going to add a toggle, but see no need for it. Another unit is in our immediate future. Just trying to decide which one. I think I have ruled the Carrier units out because of the angle of the front of the fiver roof. They have to be shimmed to level. Looks like a good way to get a leak. IIRC, the Dometic will take up to 15* angle forward or backward. (The Carrier will take tilt to the back, but not forward.)
