Removing sofa sleeper from 3820FK

Wanting to take out one of the sofas in our living area and replace with a desk/table work area.

Anyone have any advice or experience in the removal process before I start unbolting the sofa?

I just removed mine. Ours was a sofa bed its has pins in it so you could take the back off to make it lighter. Its not secured to floor and will fit going out the door.
I have a 3720 was fairly easy to do.

I removed the sofa from my 3750. It was 3 piece L sofa. Wasn’t easy

I have been thinking about that process for my 3820. Hope to hear or see how it works out for you.

It's all done. Easy process. Take the sofa back off by removing 4 bolts on the hinged part. Remove 2 pins from the fold out piece and the sofa is ready to remove. There are 2 long screws that hold the frame to the floor. You may have to search for them as they are somewhat hidden by the black fabric covering the lower back assembly frame.

My son-in-law carried it right out with no problems. Best modification I have made.
Good luck.
