FUTURE FULL TIMER INTRO

Hello,

I am new to the forum. I currently own at Lance Truck Camper and have had a 5th wheel in the past as well. I am currently living temporarily apart from my family in Yuma, AZ in my truck camper and am considering buying a Montana 5th wheel this spring as my tenure here continues past the spring. My reason for joining the forum is to garner current owners experience regarding full timing in new Montana 5th wheels in harsh environments. I'll be posting another post in the full timing section shortly.

Thanks
USMCShepherd

Welcome to the forum from sometimes Sunny eastern Washington. Start reading through the topics and you should get an idea about what members like and dislike on their Montana's. Lots of good people with a lot of knowledge on here.

Welcome to the forum! We full time in our Montana in Arizona and New Mexico in the winter and Kansas in the summer so we deal with heat, humidity and cold at various times and our rig serves us well.

Welcome, Have just finished our first six months full timeing with only a few problems. For the most part the Montana sees adequate for this type of use.

Welcome from sunny Colorado. We have long-timed in our Montana but not full timed. This is our third Montana and the forum (and the product) keep us coming back to the Montana line. It will certainly be an upgrade space wise from your Lance. If I could offer one piece of advice it is to choose your dealer wisely. If you read some of the horror stories, most can be traced back to choice of dealer. Ours is currently our local dealer - not where we purchased it - for some Keystone customer care work (not their fault). Unlike our selling dealer, it has been there almost two months waiting on parts. At our selling dealer, we have never had to leave it overnight. Hopefully you'll be joining the family. Welcome to the forum.
