Exclamation Auto Leveling jacks won't respond

Just got back from a great weekend away. The leveling jacks won't respond. We've checked the fuses, loose connections. It's happened on our previous weekends away, but today it's dead. Problem is, we can't get it off the truck!. This renders the truck useless and it's our second car. Calls to Camping World are going unanswered (not surprised by that). Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated

I've found that mine will not work if the battery is the least bit low. When this happens I just back my truck near enough to plug it in. Has worked ever time.

It appears you have electric jacks, not that it matters. Call Lippert and their wonderful technical support people will help you figure it out.

In years past, electric front jacks had a crank handle supplied with the fiver. You attached it inside one of the front storage doors to the jacks and hand cranked. Electric levelers may or may not still have this feature. Do you remember seeing any kind of crank handle onboard?

The handle normally came stored on the front wall of the basement on the street side.

If all else fails, use two bottle jacks at the front frame to lift the fiver off the truck.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Most helpful. Miraculously, the left front jack worked this morning and we were able to release it from the front. But it's not dependable. It's been sporadic. A call to Lippert is in the works and we will purchase jacks, "just in case". I feel confident that I can depend on fellow Montana users for answers instead of the dealer (who still hasn't responded btw). Happy motoring

If they are 3.0 jacks you can use a socket in the top of the jack to put them down or up!
I think it is a 1/2" socket on a drill motor.

Did you push the retractable foot section of the jacks all the way up before you retracted the jacks? I did this and retracted them too far and they locked up tight. I hammered out the pins and they broke loose. Now I always leave 2-1/2 pin holes showing before I retract the jacks. BTW, mine are electric.

Check the Keystone site for instructions on how to raise/lower the jacks manually using a power drill. Good luck!

YouTube Lippert jacks. We had that problem with both jacks they had to be re calibrated. Once we followed instructions on the video, problem solved. Good Luck!

UPDATE: Thank you all for your thoughts and advice. Camping World helped us out by re-calibrating the system. Something they told us we couldn't have done on our own. So happy ending....but wait, on the way home, only 5 minutes away from Camping World, someone hit the Montana head on!! It was on a curve and she went under the front of it narrowly missing our truck and took out the whole side. My husband said the camper just exploded . Gotta start a new thread to ask about this calamity

Thanks. My husband wasn't hurt. The woman driving the honda was taken by ambulance. She got hurt. She was speeding and looking down before the contact. Texting maybe?
