That is amazing, their business is doing so well they can turn people away. On a 2004 unit it was not warranty work; you were a cash customer! The comparison with the car dealer is valid; I have never had a car dealer turn me away because I did not buy it from them (or ask); even for warranty work.
The RV industry needs to have a sit down talk with their dealers. I paid more for this unit than I did for my tow vehicle.
