3685FL remote problems No Heat !!!

We have just purchased a 2005 3685FL we brought it home tried to run the heat so that we could be cozy while we worked . well the remote that controls the heat and A/C did not work so we went to the wall swicth to run it directly still nothing happened . We called the dealer up asked about what my be wrong with the heat we were told that the boards that run the heat and A/C are fairly new and they have been having some problems with them . Nobody mentioned this during our walked through , now they want ua to hooke up the 5er that we towed home two day ago and hall it back 70 miles so they can look at it . well I am not happy I ask for someone to come look at where it is , they said they do not sent tech. out in the winter time. I asked a 800 number to cll Keystone direct she said I could try 1-866-426-4989 this # is not in service. Anyone have any ideas

Thanks Big Mike and Bea

Big Mike, I have an '05 2955 and we are having the same problem and it is 32 degrees here in Central Florida this week!!! I've called Keystone and Suburban and tryed everything they suggested and still no heat. They also want me to tow mine back so they can look at it. I'm not to hot on towing it 100 miles round trip either!! Keep us informed on what you find wrong with it. Thanks, Tom Randolph

3275 - 05 model with what sounds like the same problems, we have been back to our dealer in FL twice. We seem to have problems when it gets below 40 degrees outside. We to have called everyone, but no luck for us either. I'll follow the thread to see if anyone gets better information than we have.

Kimmrg -
Haven't seen you on line for a while. Hope all has been well since the rally. We found that our remote control is off almost 10 deg. Have you tried setting it to 80 deg? We noticed our problem with the air conditioner - wouldn't shut off at 72, 74, 76, 78, and finally at 80 deg it went off. Heat was the same way - set it at 72 and its 62 before it goes on. Set it at 82 and its fine. How is Florida compared to Alaska?
