WOW, What great answers. I wanted a Red GMC but I was able to buy the Ram thru the Military New Car Sales and save a ton and WHITE looked best on the Ram at that time.
Now the big question is Do I buy a new truck or keep the one I have.
Retirement it comming fast and need to do something before the BIG day in two years. GMC get rid of that uggly black hump in the hood I am leaning toward a Sierra again.
BUT don't tell the DW as she wants a paid for truck instead

White Dodge Ram 3500. When the dealer was searching for a truck to meet our specs we gave him two colors - White or Khaki. White is cooler in the hot sun, doesn't show dirt quite as quickly as darker colors.

Green F-250 with tan bottom. The price was proper. It was a relatives lease return and I got it for the residual of the lease, but love the colors.

Inferno Red. Wife picked it out, but I am used to it by now. It is that stage in life that needs some bright colors (two tone definitely helped)

WHITE 2008 GMC. I have always liked white, it is a "clean" color, and it's easier to KEEP clean. And, it "matched" the "Monty"...! Also, if damaged (don't ask) is it an easier color to fix. Plus, don't "good guys" always wear white??? But then, where does that leave ME......????

2002 F-250 Dark Shadow Grey. Wish it was black but buying used you don't always have a choice.

White Ram with 2004 Montana graphics. White because it doesn't show dirt as much, is cooler, and looks best with the graphics. Also as an AARP Safe Driver instructor know that white is the safest color on the highway, easiest to see.

Now have a new 2011 Montana and the graphics no longer match. Of course, now I can agree with people that say the graphics look like Lake Superior and not mountains.

Dark Copper over Desert Sand. It's what they had on the lot the day I went to buy. It was outfitted like I wanted. Color didn't make a difference. However, I have come to like it. It is somewhat distinctive and elicits a number of positive comments from passersby.

We have a 2011 F350 which is "golden bronze metallic". Sounds wierd but it is quite a nice colour. It matches the colour of the graphics fairly well.
