I have a appliance white Dodge Ram (or as the new name is just RAM) I watch as I am towing and notice the majority of what I see are white trucks. I am curious why that is?

We have a white Dodge Ram 3500 Larame, dually, 4 wheel drive, diesel. We are happy with our white truck. It looks good with our Montana.

White all the way. It's cooler and easier to keep clean, doesn't show the dust and dirt as bad as a darker color. A darker color shows the dust right after it's washed!
White is also easier to wax and will go with anything.

Mine is a Inferno Red Ram 2500. I wouldn't have it any other way. I think a red Ram 2500 is about the best looking truck on the road - but the same color in a 3500 would be great as well (I KNOW I'll get some disagreement on that one!). To me, white is boring ... especially if the RV you are pulling is predominantly white as well ( though I do understand about the sun and heat on a darker color).

I have an all white truck and would prefer to have an all red truck. White just does not have that shine like all the red ones I have had in the past. I guess I am just a red truck guy.

Bright Silver Metallic Dodge, previous Dodge was white; the silver is as cool but hides dirt better. A good color to keep dirty so to speak. And yes, I checked the color temperature in Houston in August.

Plain old white Chevrolet. Primary reason is that it does not require washing as often as other colors, have had black, beige, gray, dark green, and even blue in the past. Black is by far the hardest to keep clean, white is the easiest (based on what the DW tells me anyway )!!!

Two-tone Ford; Gray with black on the bottom. I owned a white chevy 10 years ago because it was the only color that had the features and options I needed.

Ford calls it Tahitian Red, but it's maroon.

White GMC- It was the only crew cab dually on the used car lot that met our needs- It pleases us- It doesn't show dust and dirt as easily as our previous truck (green)- It matches our Monty- We are aware it is cooler to the touch in the sun- It is also the truck my wife wanted- Don

I think red looks good, but the white Ford was available with the correct options when I was ready.

White with Gold on the bottom
but then it’s one of the things that attracted me to it.

All my Chevy's were white - the new Ford is King Ranch Maroon. Next truck will be white or silver as I doubt I would ever go with another dark color again.
