We got our See-Land Gauge package
We bought our See-Land gauge package at Q. Now all I have to do is drop all the belly pans long enough to cut, splice, and stick the circuit board sensors on all our holding tanks. I have been looking at these goodies for 4 yrs. Now I have them and am chomping at the bit to get them installed. I will try and take pictures of most of the process and make a report on how they work. Since they have no physical contact with the fluids inside the tanks they should be much more accurate. They are made by Garnet and for our rig cost 281.00 at the big tent. I can reuse the old wiring and just replace the old panel with the new one. The new panel has all the same indicators and switches as the OEM system. Fresh, galley, gray, and black as well as the water heater and pump switches.

Looked good to me also, but solar took the mod budget for everything except stuff I build myself for quite some time.

Dave, I'll watch this closely as this is similar to a unit I bought for my TT 16 years ago or so. I can't remember where I got it, but it was so accurate for all the time we owned that trailer. My SOB 5th was never accurate, but I'm going to start with using the detergent and water softener first, then switch if I have too. The cost is about what I paid for the unit in my TT a long time ago, but it used copper foil tape. This looks much easier to work with. Good luck and thanks for the note!

I used the Geo Method on two RVs, and my tanks register accurately. Be aware that water softener needs to be liberally used in my opinion!

Read your post on that and it was new to me. Read up on the geo method and intend on using it. Already ordered my Calgon powder! Thanks Michael!
