Sticking Windows

A few of our windows are hard to open. Does anyone have any ideas of what to lubricate the tracks with so they open easier. I do not want to use something that will collect dirt and make the issue worse.

Any one of the dry lubs will work. Lowes and HD have them...here's one the sailors like:
