Black Tank Drain

My Brotherinlaw has a new 2010 3000rk The pipe comes out in the center of the tank at a 90* angle, then turns 90* to the out side of the rig to the boom, needless to say it does not drain well unless you raise the back landing gear and then raise the front of the rig. WTH!! who designed this? Anyone else have this problem?

Mine is the same way. Would like to know if the tank is set in there level to the frame and is the grey and black tank side by side and if so, which side is the black tank on.
