There is only 1 fix for your problem. MOVE. The park is flat out LYING when they say its the electric company's fault. In my state the power company's responsibility stops at the meter. Everything after that belongs to the customer. If you choose to stay, then you are choosing to accept the problems that come with staying in that park.

One of the reasons that we own our home bases at both places we spend a lot of time and yes, I did put the utilities in including full hookups.
