I may not be naked at Q

I may not be naked when we go to Quartzsite. I just got a email from Keystone telling me that they are sending me new Montana graphics the first of next week. What a great Thanksgiving surprise. Thanks Keystone.

Brad, I did a follow up call on the frame flex issue that we have open with them and with the advise from Isler I brought up the subject again about the graphics. Robyne from team Montana was on the phone with me this time and she was great, told me that she could help in getting the graphics I needed and that they should last longer than the old ones. The very next day I got the email saying that the new graphics will be shipped out the first part of next week. I did send her pictures of the old graphics peeling away and a nude picture of me :-) (I mean the Montana). By the way we even settled the frame flex issue for now, hopefully that is also behind us. Team Montana has been great to work with. I will be in the market for a new 5th wheel after the summer of 2008 and you can bet Montana will be our #1 choice. Happy Thanksgiving.

We also had some sort of major problems when we bought our Monty new in 2006, I found that by changing dealers, (not the one we bought it from) and getting wonderful help from the new dealer, and being kind to Montana we had no problems getting all our problems fixed.. We even had the same slide out fixed 4 times and the last time was 6 months out of warranty and had to pay for it our selves, when we went to the rally in Sept of 06, and went on the factory tour we were given a check at that time for the whole cost to us for the slide fix. The last time it was finally fixed right and have never had anymore problems with it. The dealer that we started using because he is near us here in MI and we bought in FL, couldn't do enough for us, we would not hesitate to buy our next purchase from them and have told everyone we know how good they are. Keystone has worked with us and I have nothing but praise for the team there. The dealer in FL was good at selling but after you were out the door, they didn't want to see you again........

Brad,

The rumor is that Doug got-hold-of that Wizard guy that owns this forum and the Wizard put the pressure on the big guy at Keystone.
