Styrofoam in the nose

Camping world is telling me that there are Styrofoam blocks out of place in the nose of my brand new 2018 unit that are causing the front cap to push out from the front interior frame!!

That sounds like a really bad place to use crushable Styrofoam......

Anyone ever tour the factory and see what they put between the front cap and the interior frame??

I though they used fiberglass batt insulation in the noise because of the curve and ridge fome in the side walls.

When we took the tour years ago, they explained and showed us how they install a support package behind the front cap with the purpose of protecting the cap against wind/pressure when going down the road, ie not to buckle which we have seen on units. Centered behind the cap. Long time ago, but believe either rigid foam or Styrofoam. Do remember it was white.
