east side of Glacier nat'l park

Headed to Glacier in couple of weeks coming in from east side. Is there much to see on east side? Campground reviews on east side look pretty dismal. Planning on spending 3-4 days on west side... Are there campgrounds on either side that you would recommend?

I like the St Marys CG just inside the park. It's on the going to the sun road. If you wont amenities there is one just across the valley that lots of people like.
Where ever you choose enjoy the park and look up high in the rock fields with your binoculars for brown bears.

I just came from Glacier a few weeks ago. Stayed on the west side. It seems there are more amenities for rv's on the west side. We stayed at the koa but there were several other rv parks.
