Although I am not familiar with your model Montana, I have to admit to having the same problem on our first time out in the 3730FL. I somehow failed to recognize that the kitchen sink had a different gray water tank than the rest of the sinks and shower. Found another valve handle under the kitchen area, with a pipe leading down and back to the sewer connection.

Check it out!!!

in front of the front wheel on drivers side you have to push slide out a little to get to it. ridiculous who in there right mind puts a dump valve there? we found out the hard way to when the water backed up in the sink. that valve broke in the open position o I just put a valtera on the end of the dump its a lot easier to access. good luck

location of dump handle

I own a 2011 3455sa. The valve for the kitchen sink is behind the drivers side rear tire. The handle is mounted through the frame. You can pull it with the slide in, but is awkward to do.
