Trust me you will have to check your mirrors often to make sure the Monty is still back there. It pulls like a dream. My wife refuses to even think about going back to a P/U for a hauler.

Float shifting, backing up, parking the Monty in the carport, etc. All challenges that keep the heart pumping. Love those 3-stage PacBrakes. Appreciate the comments.....

With that beast I hope you can find a way to carry a grocery shopper instead of having to use this vehicle. That should be the least of your problems. Talk about negating the presence of you Monty. I hope you don't forget it's back there.
Great Job, Captain Joe!

Speaking of multitow, while this truck will have no problem towing anything, if you have a tow behind your tow, then that becomes the weak point because we've all heard the concerns trying to tow something behind the Monty since it's not designed for that. But wouldn't it be fun to tow your neighborhood with you? Naw, I guess not, it's too long and the first right turn will take out someone else's neighborhood.
Have fun Captain Joe. Tell us all about your maiden voyage!

A GREAT looking ride that you should enjoy for quite some time. I always wanted one with the extended rear to haul a Smart car or now, the new Fiats. You did good Captain!!!!

Phil,
I can't see myself in a smart car. One of the reasons for buying the Volvo is safety. Then, get to a campground and hop in a smart car and get smashed. Not for me, plus being 6'4", my head will stick out of the roof or my feet through the floor.
Les,
Train horns are on the list.....thanks
