No Fuss Flush Up Date

Called the company that makes the no fuss flush they told us to pour a bottle of CLR and fill the tank an let it set for 24 hours,let it set 36 hours, that did not work. They sent a new valve for under the sink.Still won't work. Last resort Walt will drop the undercover take the old one out and put in a new one. Big pain in the you know what.

Steve, We are not getting any water through the back flush. It is plugged somewhere.

My black tank flush did not work from day one, so I removed the air valve that is under the bathroom sink, pulled the lines down into the basement and installed a ball valve between them. It works fine now.
