Water Pump Dead?

Okay, it's not winter and not cold. Temperatures are mild.

We have had our 2010 Monty since last December. Pump worked fine in mild temps but now is kaput.

Tried it earlier today and it ran for a couple of minutes but that was all. Yes, faucets were open.

Any troubleshooting suggestions? Is there a reset button/switch somewhere?

We had a severe storm here today and no city water available currently, so we would like to have that pump working!

ADDENDUM: There is no sound from the pump. Yes, there is water in the fresh water tank; it is essentially full.

do you hear it run at all? if not it is a 12 volt pump may have it's own breaker. have to ask,is there water in the tank?

Yep, check the fuse, you should hear the pump even if there is no water.

It has been awhile since I replaced mine but I think there was a reset button on the pump. Just feel around for it and push it. Leave the pump switch on when checking your 12volt fuse panel. If the fuse is blown and the pump switch is on you should see a lighted red led above the blown fuse. Good luck, Jim
P.S. Look the pump up on the internet. A drawing or description should tell you if there is a reset button or in line fuse.

Talked with Flojet and they are sending a new pump out to us! Yes, we are still under warranty.

That was an easy fix!
