Stove Grimlin

My DW asked me why her stove no longer cooks things as fast or all the way through? So I was hoping that someone here has had that problem and I might learn how to fix it. We have the 07 3485SA The stove is a Magic Chef. Thanks for the info.

Randy-- the DW asked me the same thing with our stove. She also said we are going to have to put another pan or ceramic tile in the bottom of the oven because the oven is cooking hotter. Never ending battle! Hopefully, others will chirp in and give us some reasons why!

randye, we Magic Chief owners all have this problem with the oven and as Rondo said a ceramic tile or if you can find a 12 inch pizza stone will do the same but you can put a pizza on the stone if needed. LOL.
I have found that it's not the real fix for the stove/oven because the thermostat on the oven is not very accurate either, if you know how to calibrate it properly it might help get the temp to its proper numbers. good luck.

Some have said to put a oven thermometer inside so you can adjust the dial to get the temperature that you want. In addition to a tile or pizza stone.
