Campground in Pa. Dutch Area

Any recommendations? Thinking of making a side trip on the the way home from the rally.

We are 2 hrs from Lancaster and stay there often. The Millstream is a very nice campground but there are 2 others also. We stay at Country Acres and Roamers. Roamers is a Passport of America 1/2 off Monday - Wed. It is very well kept and maintained. Any of these 3 would do you well. Our preference of the 3 is probably Country Acres. The owners are very very friendly and it is pretty much centrally located for all that is around. Shady Maple is a well known smorgasborg you may want to check out. If you hit the Shady Maple groc. store in the am thier donuts are the best. Thursdays-Fri in Strausburg (Micheals) bake cinnamon buns and sell to the public hot!! Not good for the wastline but oh so good!!! Not sure of the road but anyone in Strasburg would know where it is. Have fun so many places to visit. Just listed a few of our favorites.

There are sooo many fine cg's in the Lancaster,PA area. Check out pacamping.com and look in the southeast region. We also recommend Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Yum!!
