Recommendations for eating in Pensacola, FL

Time to put the MOC to the test. Readers of the forum hopefully are aware that we are trying to have a mini-gathering the beginning of the week of Thanksgiving in the Pensacola, FL area. We (Bingo, Cathy, the girls and a friend of one of the girls) are looking forward to seeing Lindy and Delaine again and if everything works out, we will get to meet John and Donna (Ontmont) as well. If anyone else is going the be in area the Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we all will welcome even more since the more the merrier. What we are having trouble with is deciding on a place to eat. Here is where we will defer to the culinary expertise of the MOC!!! All suggestions will be considered, but we think (after a couple of PM's back and forth) that we may have a preference towards a sit-down menu type local eatery (non-chain). We all eagerly await all suggestions and recommendations in the Pensacola area. Chime in folks!!

I would consider going on west of Pensacola a few miles to Lamberts in Foley. Course you may have to wait a few hours but can't beat the food of size of the servings. Plus I would like to hear about Bingo getting a Roll bounced off his head.
Since we are unable to be in your part of the country I will just have to carve up a bird here at the ole stick house.
