Tech Assistance at Fall Rally

We have a few minor warranty issues that were not being addressed at a local dealer. Since we are attending the fall rally in Goshen we figured the "15 minutes with a tech" could probably take care of all but one issue. At the suggestion of others on the forum we contacted Keystone customer service to give them a heads up on our issues and the fact we would like to get them addressed while we were in the area attending the fall rally. They said they would have someone call us back. This is an email I received a week later:

Good Morning Joseph,

Thank you for contacting Keystone RV regarding your Montana. Unfortunately, We are not booking appointments for the rally this year. All concerns regarding warranty items will have to be addressed at your local authorized dealer. If you should need assistance with scheduling an appointment , please call into our call center at (866)425-4369 and an advisor will be happy to assist you.

I hope this doesn't mean that there will not be any "15 minutes with a tech" this year at the rally. I hope someone has actually talked to Keystone about the factory tour and techs coming to the CG this year.

Don't worry, information and signups will most likely be posted after the Sept 1 date for payment for the Rally. In the past scheduling the techs was a problem due to people signing up for the Rally and then having to cancel.

I sent an email back to Sacha Rienas (Owner Relations) and told her that it wouldn't do me any good to call the service center again. I also expressed my concern that techs may not be at the fall rally. About 10 minutes after I sent the email she telephoned me. She said that techs would be at the rally but would schedule appointments for additional work then and not this far in advance. She was very understanding of my continuing issues and thought things would be taken care of.

I am pretty impressed, at least with her and her department. This morning when she received my email answer she had to make the extra effort to find my telephone number and place the phone call instead of just sending an email back, and she did all that in about 10 minutes!

I may be wrong but I thought warranty repairs could be scheduled before the rally and the 10 min. Tech was totally different.

I volunteered to handle the sign up for 15 minutes with a Tech. As soon as I get dates and times I will post sign up. Be patient, I am new at this.
