Here's mine...

Works great and cost was minimal with only 2 holes drilled in the frame.

I just put a 2" hitch receiver on the back of my Montana on the entrance side. I will use this for my Freedom Grill barbeque that is made to mount in a 2" receiver. To make a rear bumper with a centre hitch, I will do the same thing on the opposite side and make up a bumper that attaches to both receivers.
I just used a short piece of 2 1/2" angle iron that is 3/8" of an inch thick. The Montana frame is about 2 5/8" wide on the bottom and I attached this angle iron to the frame with two 3/8" bolts one hole on each side of the centre web of the I-beam. I then bolted an 18" long piece of 2 1/2" square tubing, sched 80, to the vertical section of the angle iron. This is very rigid and strong. You have to cut a little of the aluminum skirting and the plastic underbelly away to expose the Montana frame . The frame is about 1/4" thick and when you bolt the flat side of heavy angle iron to this frame, one hole on each side of the centre web, it is very solid.
If anyone wants a pic, let me know.

I bought a kit from my hitch dealer here in K.C. (Croft)
I heard you can get them at Pep Boy's, or any good hitch dealer in your area.
Just make sure you get a long receiver to extend beyond your cap. Here is my install. (I think it was under $200.00)
I made my bike rack in the shop, had a muffler co. bend a exhaust pipe, then welded racks on it with a split pipe to hold the man's bike.
Bike rack:

When you do a rear hitch I have one suggestion.
Move the reciever about 6 inches off center away from the ladder.
I have a lightweight box that I carry on the back and it allows me to keep it in closer to the coach
