Dometic thermostat

Is there a an easy way to get the darn Dometic thermostat to change back to Fairenheit from celcius when it changes by itself. I have to paw at it for about 5 minutes or more and then somehow it changes. Maybe

From a previous question about this, simply:

Simultaneously press the “+” and “―“ buttons to toggle between Fahrenheit and Centigrade format. ºF indicates Fahrenheit and ºC indicates Centigrade.

All it takes to change it is to brush it with your sholder as you go by, you can guess how I know. Only what Carl said seems to return it where you want. I have not been successful at brushing it back where it was

Same here. I hope someone finds a solution, maybe there is a way to trim the foam pads in the panel. I usually have to take the cover off and just hit the metal prongs to fix it. I have two, the one in my bedroom works perfectly, but the one in the family room is a point of frustration for sure. Sometimes just walking by it will switch it from AC to furnace or cause the temp to move on its own.

Have never had that problem with are's I don't now what you guys are doing don't rub your back on like a Bear!
