Half time oven/microwave oven broken

Last week while camping the microwave part of our half time oven quit working. I pulled the owners manuals which were with our 2007 2955RL and found a 1-800 phone number for the microwave and the gentleman on the other end ( Mike ) was so helpful. He sent four parts to my residence which he indicated one or all parts might be needed to fix my problem. He invited me to call him for installation advice upon arrival of my parts which I did and within one hour I removed the microwave from the RV, removed the outer skin and with his expertise installed the part needed to fix my problem and had the unit re-installed. I am out $30 instead of $400 to replace this unit. He initially charged me $100 for the four parts which he indicated were valued at $200 and is now sending me a postage paid box to return the unused parts for a $70 credit to our card. We are happy campers again and very thankful to Mike for his willingness to help.

According to Mike at the fall Rally, they bought all the parts when 1/2 time went out of production and had them brought back to the U.S. and are more than willing to help get you working again. Thanks for letting us know he's as good as his word.
