Saw on the RV Net that Pearl, one of the owners of Roto-Choks had recently passed away. I know alot of you bought her product and were satisfied. I only talked to her once, but she saved me from buying a used one that probably was too old for replacement parts. Shw will be missed.

She is going to be missed. Bought two sets of Roto-choks from her over the years. She made you instantly feel like you were part of her family. Sweet sweet lady...

I really enjoyed talking to Pearl. I always got the feeling that she appreciated me as a customer. Hard to find that anymore.

And I do love my roto-choks.

I agree with the comments about Pearl, she was the best. I hope her nephew continues the business with the same approach to service demonstrated by Pearl. Great person and great product.
