Replacing Recliners
My wife and I are discussing replacing the recliners in our 3400. The recliners look nice but really aren't very comfortable. We think that we would prefer wall-huggers. Anyone replace there recliners? Do you have any advice?
Thanks,
Phil

We went with Berkline power recliners. You just have to measure the distance between your rear wall and the nearest slide. Then, make sure the recliners you choose will fit.

We replaced our with Lazyboys. Like them better than what came with the trailer.

A recling Loveseat, just a couch with independent recliners stuck together, we love it.

We moved our couch to the rear and bought one Lazy Boy Wallhugger for the slide area next to the rear wall. We liked this arrangement better for the two of us and for watching TV. Also took up less room. Not knowing the year of your 3400 it is difficult to know if your couch will fit in the rear comparment. Worked for us just fine.... We also bought a storage ottoman for the couch......Our Lazy Boy was a smaller one that didn't have much of a footprint.....

Ditto Lazy Boy....we sold the originals and replaced them with Harbor Town wall hugger recliners, not rocker recliners.

We replaced ours with a couple of euro recliners from chairlandfurniture.com. When we purchased ours, they were offering free shipping. There was some relatively easy assembly required. If you are in/near the Tampa area, they have had a display at each of the last few RV shows in Tampa. Replacing the stock recliners was one of the best things we have done for comfort while living in our Montana...hope your final choice serves you as well.
