3900FB?

Well after spending a couple of hours looking over the 3900FB and coming to a few opinions of our own, we were wondering how this floor plan was being received by others. We liked the front bath, not fond of the lower bathroom, of course it just the two of us, we think that space could be alotted to kitchen and living room area, a better desk layout(in front of the TV makes little sense to us. Very little pantry room. These are just some of our thoughts. What say you?

We had similar thoughts. Too much wasted space for us.

We concur. Lower bath would be a great utility room with W/D hook-ups that we can put cabinets and use as storage/ pantry. Otherwise the The upper bath/ bedroom is good. Sue commented right away about lack of cabinets or ones they took away.

The DW loved the front bath, but said if they left the lower blank, she would make a sewing area out of it :-)

The 3900 is a rear living room. We also saw the unit at the fall rally, at first I thought neat. But then noticed the rear living room suffered due to the kitchen scooted toward the rear to allow for the half bath. If the small living room is not a concern, I'd remove the half bath and install stackable w/d and storage space.
Not a unit for us as we entertain and just not enough space.

Our feelings exactly about this floor plan(sewing/quilting area), except we would still want a little more room in the living area.

We really liked the upper bathroom alot. But agree that the lower bath could be better used as a laundry room or just done away with to give more room the living area. We also didn't like the desk right in front of the TV either.

Saw one and it was nice. The only option it had that we didn't was auto leveling. They wanted $35,000.00 plus our 09 3400rl. Couldn' see it.
