Big Skys
Got off work this afternoon and due to where I had to go, I came across country on the back roadsand wound up going past the backend of the Montana plant on CR 38. What can I say? There was a Big Sky setting there with the full body paint.
Black, greys and silvers......beautiful!!

Dale, I'm surprised you didn't just back that Chevy up to it and take it home with you! I'm sure Gale would have been very pleased, right?

Well Steve, I did indeed think of that! However, I very quickly realized that I had the wrong Chevy with me to do that. I had the wife's Trail Blazer and I just don't think I could have gotten that to work.
The correct Chevy is in the body shop getting all "gussied" up! Minor wear-n-tear repair, buffing, polishing, etc. You know. The thing is all mine and GMAC don't own it any more and it needs to last and look pretty for at least a couple more years.
Besides, I have only about 25000 miles 'til the drive train warranty drops and I want to put a straight pipe in place of the muffler just to hear and see what happens. The old dog still runs as good if not better, than the day I bought him.
But, yes. If I could have gotten that unit home and didn't have to explain how I got it, Gail would have been very pleased!

I am just curious... I do not have the Hi-gloss gel coat on my rig. Can those be painted? Or do you have to have that shiny base?
