Slide seal flipper

I'm looking for a source for the rubber strips that are used to flip the slide seals on newer rigs. I've been searching on line with no luck. I haven't tried a dealer yet.

The seals should flip by themselves. Either something is not adjusted right with the slide or the seals are not treated with any seal lube. I use 303 several times a year. I do occasionally get a seal that does not flip all the way. I then use a rod with a bend on the end that I can flip it back from the ground.

Yes they should, they are treated and the slides have uniform spacing but sometimes they don't flip completely. Apparently it's a problem across multiple RV manufacturers because a lot of them(including Montana) have the rubber strips from the factory.
