Water Line Freeze, 3655FL

Anybody with a 3655FL experienced following
problem? Sitting here in Colorado Springs, weather has been getting down to 5-6 degrees at night. The montana is staying nice and warm; Water line to the trailer is heat taped, and not freezing up. Kitchen and shower work fine, hot and cold. Bathroom sink works fine cold. Only line freezing up is the hot water line at the bathroom sink. Have tracked the hot water line run as best as I can, cant figure out why this water line freezes up and everything else works fine. Can't see any unusual exposure different from other lines, only variable may be the backflush value? Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what was your fix?
