Another closet door question

Our '10 sliding mirror doors have the sticks & bricks height adjusters. In about 20k miles, they've very seldom come off the track, but the adjusting screws keep loosening up. It's gotten so bad, I've put a screwdriver next to the closet as I've got to tweak them every time we stop for a night. Anyone come up with a way to keep them from coming loose?

Have you tried Locktite on the screws?

The actual 'nut' is kind of difficult to get to when the doors are adjusted right. I was hoping there was another way, but will have to do that if there isn't.
