Irlpguy has a great point. Gorilla glue is not a good idea. It holds *TOO* well. The facing has to come off to facilitate removal of the slide box. Prying the facing off will tear up (if not destroy) the facing and possibly the frame of the slide box.

My entertainment/kitchen slide box is currently removed awaiting a replacement nylon slide strip. This is the second time it has been removed. Careful nailing is a better solution than Gorilla Glue.

Sounds like my bright idea wasn't so bright. Lets hope I don't have slide problems or I am going to have a lot of explaining to do to the shop!!!

We would not consider gluing the facing on. Our problems was as IRL guy describes. Bent over brads and brads missing their mark. Perhaps a better quality brand would solve the bent over issues and [perhaps more attention and training on the line as to where the brads need to go.

Build quality is a huge problem in the RV industry. We paid a good $$$ for this top of the line, best you can buy 2013 Montana 3402 Big sky and facing falling off, wall panels popping loose, chair bottoms falling off, pedestal lights falling off the ceiling and holding tanks failing is just not acceptable. Sorry keystone..it just isn't.

Anyplace where a finish nail has failed you may try to match up the same size with a "trim screw". Trim screws are very narrow screws that usually have a T15 or T20 head, will hold better than a finish nail, and of course are removable.

The panel is on the couch and the dealer/keystone will deal with it .When the trim came off our 06 34-00 we used those finish nail and we have some on hand but I will not correct poor build quality.
