I made this exact modification just after we moved into our rig. I have the rear kitchen - valve about 3 feet from the back bumper. The 2 other tanks come together and dump in front of the wheels. Being lazy and being it is more often cold than warm in Alaska, I splurged and purchased automatic valves for all. bending over to find a valve in snow/mud/ice/etc is no fun. But as a precaution, at each end in the run - short run in front of the wheels, and back as far as I could on the long run from the back end - I installed 'small' screw-in clean out plugs just as a precaution. Now, if needed for cleaning, the long runs, a snake will reach the full length from either end. The actual dump exit is in the middle. I can wash out with a hose, or snake the drains without major mess or backup. the long run does drop significantly allowing good flow. After 2 years of full timing, no clogs, no mess, no fuss and easy dumping. OF NOTE: just for consideration, electric valves do sometimes not work. In my case, it was frozen because of extremely low temperature - not malfunction. Years ago, I posted my modification of a 'trap door' above the valves from the basement. I can open the door and defrost with a heater if needed and also open and manually operate the valve without taking the belly off the rig. Just an extra something to think about to avoid problems later.
